I've listed two new ACEO mini paintings at auction.

I have been doing nothing but work these last few days and no end in sight. My schedule is crazy. Commissions, having to get up to 15 oil paintings size 60 x 40 ready by January and keep painting to list at auction for cash flow.

It' s been tiring. It's now after 2 AM and I'm still not in bed.

I am about to fall over and my back hurts so.. I give up! A few hours of sleep and back on the painting wagon I go.

Please look at my ACEOs and bid if you like them.

My latest ACEO still Life with famous paintings in the back.

This is Dutch Tulips and Vincent VanGogh Self Portrait

One of my favorites so far... Enjoy!

Part Three the "Ocean Wonder" video saga. I'm not particularly interested in creating a step by step how to paint video demo. This is just a light hearted view in to my painting world.

This is a work in progress. One of a series.

This is called Ocean Wonder or Ocean Magic. It is highly textured a size 60 x 40 inches.

It's not finished yet. When it is I will take better photos.

Among many projects I also  have been working on a commission painting.

It's a bottle of Eau Du Ciel from Annick Goutal.

I am a perfume buff and perfume is one of the few luxuries I indulge in. I love most of Annick Goutal and also have as a constant Chanel, Kenzo Jungle L'elephant, Dune, Chaleur, Lair Du Temps. I collect fragrances which makes me easy to get gifts for for any occasion.

SO here is a painting I am working on for a client of mine.

To the left are some of my new ACEOs.

I am creating these still life pieces with famous paintings in the background.

The Sunflowers stand in front of Matisse's "The Green Line"

The Pear and Bonnard's painting Breton Women in Green Meadow. Often when I study art from great masters and artists that I admire I can't help associating something else with the art.

For some reason the wonderful greens Bonnard used in his painting "Breton Women In Green Meadow" made me think of fresh green pears and the faces of the women seems like the juicy flesh of a pear. So that is what I painted here.

I'll do more in this series stay tunes.

If you like to bid or purchase any of my ACEO's please go to my EBAY Store

Meet Buster.

He is one of five. Buster came to us recently as he stumbled on in to my garden. At the time he was a very tiny baby. It looked like he was born somewhere on my property and wondered away from his mother. I took him in and that was about three months ago. He's been to the vet twice, got all his shots etc. etc. and now the time has come for the inevitable.

Buster must lose his manhood. I have been putting it off and really for some reason was threading the day.

Maybe because last year we lost our Tommy. Tommy was born as a litter of four. Tommy was just a litter older then two when he died in a tragic accident.  He was such a unique character that I always wished we had some babies of his.
Unfortunately that wasn't the case since we have all of out animals fixed early on.

So now we have buster and he has the energy of ten and a wonderful personality. I was holding off having him neutered but I think we have to because he is just getting very active and he will be kept inside all the time.

He gets along with the others very well, but I don't want him to get too strong and maybe dominant to intimidate my other cats, namely Josi, & O'Mally. Mama cat does not want him around anyway and she is outside most of the time and Orio another female is outside most of the time and stays clear of him otherwise.

I made an appointment today and come next week Wednesday Buster will be neutered. It's so final and we'll never have any of his babies. He'll never know what it's like to say... "Ohhhh... Now I need a cigarette!

My garden got hit hard during the last two month with relentless heat and little rain.

Nevertheless, as you can see, my  eggplants are doing great.  This is Chinese eggplant and it looks like I will have a few to harvest soon.

Look at Buster and Josi. I am so happy that the new arrival Buster is fitting in so well with my other cats. We introduced them slowly and it took about 4 weeks for them to become best buddies. Josi (Japanese Manx) is almost 4
years and Buster (American Shorthair) is probably around 5 months maybe six.
