Of course we know that even Vegans can gain weight since we now have so many delicious vegan recipes including deserts and truffles and creamy sauces it’s definitely NOT your old carrot stick way of eating anymore. Being Vegan is all about Love for life both Human and Animals, Try it, you may like it. I’ve been Vegan since 2009 and never looked back:-)
