The first part is me filming my horse the second minute is a riding buddy in the arena but my horse did not like him being there. I think Oberst was trying to protect me.

Today is my Birthday… my natural birthday. So I am celebrating. I also am looking back at my life and all the various stages I went through. I think is is regrettable that important knowledge and understanding often comes late in life. Knowledge and understanding that could prevent disease and maybe even many mental problems.
