I’ve been disappointed in ETSY insofar that ETSY has done little, or better “NOTHING”  to make Art and all it’s subcategories  more prominent on their site especially the front page. I thought maybe it was due to art not being a big thing on ETSY and not so many are listed, but now I am reading this article that outlines some of the facts on how much art is actually listed on ETSY. Far more then some other categories that get much more visibility on ETSY and the Frontpage. So why I have to ask is ETSY so anti art?

Etsy and Fine Art

I don’t promote things unless I know them and like them. I bought a few Vegan soaps recently on ETSY and received them yesterday. I am so happy with my purchase. Here is the feedback I left for the seller. Please check out their products it’s really good. I also bought a roll on Perfume. I love that too. I used to buy bath soaps in bottles until I really got tired of throwing away perfectly good bottles and started to keep them for future use. Then I simply had too many and realized that all the bottles I buy end up in the landfill, I really did not like that either. Since I am Vegan I searched for Vegan soaps (no animal anything in them) and found a few different ones on ETSY. So far they all have been good. A bar of soap does not leave plastic behind (some have some shrink wrap and paper) and the Vegan soaps tend to be soft and made with natural ingredients.
