Ruby Red Poppies New Oil Painting Work In Progress… FINISHED

I can’t believe I had such a great day today. Sometimes things just seem to happen. I picked up the brush and knife and everything I had to do just came flowing out of me. Sometimes it’s a struggle and I have to wait for days to get the right inspiration, but today was ideal. I was in a zone… so I actually totally finished this painting and I absolutely love it. I don’t think I would change one brush stroke. Of course it’s still wet. I’ll sit on my easel for about a week, and then I hang it up until it’s totally dry, about two months.

It’s large, 24 x 48 inches of course it is painted in Oil. It will be for sale for $4000.00 dollars and if you want to have me hold it for you, I can do that. Contact me at ginette@ginettefineart.com
